When do I pay my rent?
You must pay your rent in accordance with the terms set in your tenancy agreement and in agreement with the Income Team. Your rent is due weekly in advance or every month for some of our tenures and rent can be paid every fortnight or monthly.
Rent covers:
- the cost of providing the building;
- the cost of maintaining the property; and
- our management costs.
- Water rates for some of our large blocks
IMPORTANT: Paying your rent is a priority debt. Failure to make rent payment in advance and have a clear balance you risk losing your home and making yourself intentionally homeless.
