We don't operate a direct waiting list - you'll need to register with the local authority for the area you wish to move to, or sign up with Locata . The local authority will then consider your application, and provide you with a priority banding depending on your personal circumstances. You can then bid on the properties you are eligible for. 

London residents can also participate in the Mayor of London's housing mobility scheme Housing Moves  which allows tenants of London boroughs or housing associations to move outside their existing borough to a different part of London.

Locata

Locata is our online transfer system where we, as well as 12 other housing associations and five councils, advertise some of our available properties so that customers can bid for them. This approach is called choice-based letting. Once the bids are received customers with the highest priority rating or banding, will be offered the chance to view the property. The first step you need to take to register with Locata is to fill out this form. If you have any medical reasons, such as an illness or disability, affecting your need to move you should fill in our Medical Transfer Form.
