Staircasing

Staircasing is the process in which you can increase the share of your property that you own. The price you pay for additional shares is based on the market value of your home. You can staircase in separate stages, or in one stage to 100%. The minimum share you can buy at any stage is 10% of the unsold equity. You are under no obligation to staircase but its a great way to build towards owning your home outright.
