What do I do about Pest Control?
Residents must alert us of any infestation so that we can assess the cause and advise responsibility.
Before moving into your new home
- We will clean your home thoroughly and ensure your home is pest free.
Your responsibilities inside the house
- Where it is identified as resulting from lifestyle issues then you are responsible for resolving it. If we have to intervene then you will be recharged for the service.
Managing pests in communal areas
- As your landlord we will manage pest control in communal areas
Managing pests in gardens
- If shared or private gardens are not kept clear and tidy by residents, you could be recharged for clearance and any associated costs such as pest control.
For more information, refer to our Pest Control Policy.
