Supported accommodation for young people

Graphic of man wavingWe own three developments in the London Borough of Hounslow which offer semi-independent accommodation for young people. Look Ahead, a specialist provider of support for thousands of people, manage the services in these developments.

Through an agreed support programme which includes training, employment and education advice, and regular individual sessions with a dedicated support worker, the young people in these developments can prepare for independent living and a positive future. Look Ahead help them develop essential skills to sustain a tenancy and maintain a home.

St Margaret's House

A 26-home development in Chiswick for young people aged 16 to 21. Each resident has their own self-contained flat. Our additional facilities include a lounge, kitchen for cookery lesson, IT suite and an interview room. St Margaret’s House also provides emergency accommodation for up to five young people aged between 16 and 17 or newly homeless people. This is for up to eight weeks.

Bath Road and Butlers Close

Both of the services are based in the borough of Hounslow and have eight flats each. The young residents living there receive support to develop life skills, access training and prepare to move on into independent living.
