If you live in one of our homes we have lots of services available to you. We offer a wide range of services to homeowners and tenants including specialist services for residents living in sheltered accommodation, supported housing and temporary accommodation.
How are we doing?
Do you think we handle customers' problems and concerns in the right way or do you have any suggestions on how we can improve? Do you think complaints could be dealt with more efficiently or have ideas to improve our services?
If you said 'yes' then our "we listen and learn panel" is for you. Click here to find out more.
Would you know what to do in a life-threatening emergency?
We run free courses in emergency life support skills which would help you keep someone alive until professional help arrives. Heartstart teaches you what to do in a life-threatening emergency, such as heart attack or choking. Our half day course will equip you with simple skills that save lives. We have been trained by London Ambulance Service to deliver this training.
