Resident Discovery is our new way of tracking feedback from our residents to feed into how we can improve our services.
In our Corporate Strategy (on right), we explain how we are committed to achieving 90% resident satisfaction by 2023. Resident Discovery will give residents an opportunity to provide valuable feedback and be involved with the development of our services.
We are working with Resident Voice on this and they will ensure the feedback we receive is used effectively. We will also be contacting residents who took part in our Big Conversation who said they wanted to be involved with this.
The resident discovery project is now complete. Thank you to everyone who got involved and sent feedback. The high street vouchers are being prepared and will be sent to all participants shortly.
We also held a series of Resident Discovery workshops in April and March at Brent, Hammersmith and Fulham and Hounslow. Thank you to everyone who came along and took part.
