Ways to pay

We make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent. You can contact us at any time if you need more information. You must pay your rent and other charges on time. If you fail to do this you could lose your home.

Direct debit or standing order
The easiest and best way to pay your rent is by direct debit (you will see the name 'Allpay' on your account when using this method) or standing order. These are easy to set up and mean you never miss a payment. You can phone us on 0800 9170839 or 020 8996 4200 during office hours to set up your direct debit.

You can see your rent statements and pay online with My SBHG.

You can pay your rent online using the All Pay website. You should click on the “Make a Payment” symbol. You will need your rent payment card to make your payment. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and accepts most major debit and credit cards.

Payment outlets
You can pay by cash or cheque at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet with your rent swipe card. You should retain the receipt for your records.

Debit card
You can call us on 0800 9170839 to make a payment, over the phone, using your debit card during our office hours. You can also contact All Pay on 0844 557 8321 out-of-office hours.
