Direct debit or standing order

These are easy to set up and mean you never miss a payment. You can phone us on 0800 9170839 or 020 8996 4200 during office hours to set up your direct debit.
You can see your rent statements and pay online with My SBHG.
You can pay your rent online using the All Pay website. You should click on the “Make a Payment” symbol. You will need your rent payment card to make your payment. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and accepts most major debit and credit cards.
You can pay by cash or cheque at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet with your rent swipe card. You should retain the receipt for your records.
