Our Developments

Our Development Team is busy delivering social and affordable housing for our customers in west London. We are aiming to build 1200 new homes between 2020 - 2030. You can see some of the schemes that we have recently delivered and that are in our pipeline, below.

As an organisation we have a small commercial portfolio of around 35 units. Some of our tenants include: Tesco, Dreams and Chigwell Construction.
