Building affordable homes & creating communities

Our homes and developments have a community focus. Homes are of mixed tenure, including for social rent and shared ownership. They reflect what residents need, and appreciate the history of the area – even down to their names.

We’re also building community facilities and commercial units, benefitting local people and businesses. In all our developments, we’re committed to investing in the community.
