New COVID restrictions take effect from Monday 13th December. For the most part, our services will remain unaffected, our customer and repairs teams will be working as usual. However, due to the amended restrictions more of us are having to work from home. This means that customers who would like to meet with us in person in the office must book an appointment in advance.

SBHA announces new Executive Team members 

Shepherds Bush Housing Association has completed the new structure of its Executive Team with the appointment of Paul Weston as its Chief Finance Officer and Mark Field as its Chief Customer Officer. 

CEO Matt Campion said: “Our strengthened Executive Team brings a breadth of knowledge, skills and experience and commitment to the aims and values of SBHA. Paul and Mark complete the team at a time when we are moving ahead in our transformation journey with ambitious targets for customer satisfaction and home building.” 

Paul Weston has over 30 years’ experience in finance. Until January 2021 he was Chief Finance Officer at Housing 21.  He was previously interim CFO of The Home Group before joining Housing 21 in August 2012. Prior to that he was CFO of the Allied Healthcare Group. Paul is also a Non Executive Director of the Churches Association of Dudley and District (Chadd) and Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing as well as being a Governor of Reaseheath College. 

Paul said: “I am delighted to be joining SBHA at this time as they embark on an active asset investment programme with further developments which has been supported by their recent successful £110million private placement (add in more when placement release completed).  

Mark Field has worked in multiple senior customer operational and strategy roles across the utilities sector over the last 16 years.  Mark has a passion in delivering essential services to customers and a track record of delivering improvements in customer experience, digital transformation, communications and employee engagement.  Mark is responsible for our Resident Experience, Housing Management and Repairs operation for our Residents. 

Mark said: “This is a really exciting time to join the team at SBHA as we transform the services we provide to all our customers.  We will be focusing on what matters most to our residents and will embedding a new customer relations and repairs model this year, making it a far easier and responsive service for all.” 


SBHA’s corporate areas of focus are: 

1) 90% resident satisfaction 

Increase satisfaction through improved repairs and maintenance services along with more digital, easy to use and simple self-service options and a better understanding of individual resident’s needs.  

2) Develop 1, 200 homes by 2030

We will deliver 1,200 new homes over the next 10 years with more than 1000 for affordable rent or shared ownership.  

3) Implement an Active Asset Management strategy 

Our Active Asset Management strategy is helping reduce occupancy costs for our residents and increase our development capacity. 

4) Implement a Cost Per Unit strategy 

Our Cost Per Unit strategy allows us to track and forecast costs.  

5) Highly engaged colleagues 

Our People and Culture strategy is helping us build a high performing and engaged workforce with a focus on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.  We are also creating a more agile and modern workplace.
