Into Work supports our residents and the wider west London community to upskill themselves, gain expierence of the working environment, gain paid employment and training contracts or progress in their chosen career.
We provide a combination of one to one career support and training around CV writing, confidence-building, IT and other subject specialisms.
Our apprenticeship programme is open to all our residents and the wider west London community, regardless of age. It offers a structured curriculum consisting of 'on the job' training and a professional qualitication within an aspect of the social housing sector. Volunteering is a great way to acquire new skills and meet people. For our volunteers' time, commitment and enthusiasm we provide: ongoing support and training; full induction into your role; reimbursed agreed travel and lunch expenses; a friendly working environment; and regular volunteer social events.
