Andrew Warner
Andrew joined SBHG as Director for Innovation in January 2019 before becoming SBHG's Chief Strategy Officer. In November 2022 Andrew was appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Andrew has worked extensively in the logistics sector and more recently as Director of Business Improvement at the National Pharmacy Association. Andrew has a track record of delivering innovation and change programmes with a focus on business processes, systems and digitisation.
Executive Director of Operations and Customer Service
Mark Field
Mark joined us in January 2021 as our Chief Customer Officer, a new role focused on improving the customer experience for all our residents. Mark has over 16 years of experience in utility and service sectors and has held a portfolio of senior roles across customer experience, corporate strategy and digital transformation. He has a track record of delivering service improvement and increased levels of customer satisfaction. Mark is responsible for our Resident Experience, Housing Management, Repairs and Leasehold services.
Interim Chief Financial Officer
Heather Ashton
Heather joined us in August 2023 in an interim capacity heading up the Finance Business Partnering team and took on the role of Interim CFO in November 2023. Before moving into the interim market she held the position of Executive Director of Business Change and Improvement at Thirteen Group having previously held the role of Executive Director of Resources for 10 years. Heather is a Statutory Appointee on Auckland Home Solution CIC and is a Trustee for NCFE where she acts as deputy chair and chairs the Audit, Risk and Investment Committee. She has extensive experience in strategic and financial business planning, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, values based transformational change and incremental performance and service improvement underpinned by solid financial accounting, governance and compliance experience.
Executive Director, People & Business Services
Caroline Moore
Caroline joined SBHG In July 2019, having spent the earlier part of her career working in both the Technology and Financial Services sectors. Caroline has always worked in generalist People and Culture roles covering all aspects of the profession including transformational change, developing colleague centered cultures, talent acquisition and development, reward and recognition, developing high performance, communications and colleague engagement. At SBHG, Caroline’s teams are People Business Partnering, Colleague Services, Colleague Wellbeing, Marketing & Communications and Workspace, she also leads our ED&I Champion Team. Caroline also works with Thirteen a North East based Housing Association as part of their Remuneration Committee.
