Best Chance offers support into employment, education or training for our residents and the wider community. Our volunteering opportunities and apprenticeships help people enhance their skills and experiences.
If you’ve finished full-time education and are unsure of your career path, this could be a great first step on the job ladder. If you’re considering a career change, our Best Chance programme, run by our Community investment team, could be an invaluable opportunity to develop new skills and give something back.

Best Chance is made up of:
IntoWork supports our residents and the wider west London community to upskill themselves, gain experience of the working environment, gain paid employment and training contracts or progress their chosen career.
IntoHousing allows us to work with young adults (18 and over) living in one of our properties and those living in council housing in participating boroughs to help them develop independent living skills and achieve their career aspirations to enable them to move out of the family home.
IntoTraining allows us to provide training opportunities our residents and the wider west London community require to pursue their chosen career. It offers training in small groups around various subject areas such as IT, motivation and confidence building and other subject specialisms. We work in partnership with other organisations to ensure we are providing up to date training that is relevant and appropriate.
IntoWellbeing provides additional support to our residents and the west London community in achieving their desired goals. This could be to progress their career, improve their living environments or reduce social isolation.
