We are one of over 600 Stonewall Diversity Champions nationwide. We have committed to working with Stonewall to improve our working environment for lesbian, gay and bisexual staff.
We are members of HouseMark, the sector’s leading provider of performance improvement services.
We’re a founder member of PlaceShapers, an alliance of more than 100 community-focused housing associations. Between us we own and manage more than 850,000 homes and provide services to more than two million people.
SBHA has achieved CHAS (the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment) accreditation, an accolade which demonstrates and recognises our compliance and high standards of health and safety. The aim of the scheme is to improve health and safety standards across the construction industry sector and to alleviate some of the inevitable duplication that exists when completing tender and pre-qualification applications.
