Our management service means that we take on the responsibility of dealing with the tenant who will live at the property. This means that there will be less hassle for you should tenants call for mundane tasks and we will only contact you if absolutely necessary.
The service includes our guaranteed rent offer and also comes with our payable repairs service should you not have your own contractors to carry out repairs or should there be need to carry out an emergency repair.
It also includes visits by us, but the frequency is determined by us and we do not issue reports for the visits (subject to terms of the lease). Should you want us to visit the property and provide reports, we can do so at a charge.
