Our new home management system will go live on Wednesday 12 December – this will lead to a better, more responsive service from us.
From midday on Friday 7 December, we will have limited access to our old system while we manage the switchover. Repairs can still be reported and any emergencies dealt with.
While we have planned for this as fully as we can, please be aware that we will not have access to full records for some enquiries.
Our login web portal ‘My SBHG’ will not be usable during this time.
Our staff have had full training and our new system has been developed carefully to improve the service we offer you.
However please bear with us if enquiries after Wednesday 12 December take a little longer to deal with to start with. This will help give our residents a better service in the long run.
