Staying First's Home Improvement Agency (HIA) improves people’s living conditions. This helps lead to an improvement in their health and a better quality of life.
Ultimately these home improvements help adapt living spaces to best meet the resident's needs. These adaptions can help residents continue living in the home they love and maintain their independence.
If you own your home and your property is in need of essential repairs, we can:
» arrange for our surveyors to provide advice, full surveys and specifications of work
» put you in touch with the right tradesmen for the work you require
» give you details of methods of funding major repair works
We charge a competitive fee for this service. Please contact us for more information.

These are available for major adaptations for home owners, private tenants and housing association residents.
