1) How can I set up my online portal account?

Create an 'My SBHG' account to use our online portal here 

To register for the portal you have to be the main tenant of the household. You will also need:

  • An email address
  • Your tenancy number
  • Date of birth


2) How can I reset my online portal password?

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the online screen instructions to reset it. You can do this  here


3) How can I view my rent statement online?

Login to My SBHG to view your rent statments.


4) I'm locked out of my online portal account, what do I do?
