1) How can I set up my online portal account?
To register for the portal you have to be the main tenant of the household. You will also need:
- An email address
- Your tenancy number
- Date of birth
2) How can I reset my online portal password?
If you have forgotten your password, please follow the online screen instructions to reset it. You can do this here
3) How can I view my rent statement online?
