Big Conversation results

After reviewing the Big Conversation, (BC was our annual resident engagement event) we have launched an exciting new concept called Open Conversation (OC). This builds on the legacy of the BC but involves different methods of engaging with our residents, how we survey resident satisfaction and collect data. This will enable us to build relationships with our residents and gain insights that will help us improve our services for our residents
