How do I rent my property to you?

Bush Agency Services are always looking for landlords who want to rent their property.

After reading about the furniture and property standards that we require, please email bushagency.services@sbhg.co.uk to request a free and comprehensive information pack containing an application form.

Who do I speak to if I have a noisy neighbour?

If you are a Shepherds Bush Housing Association tenant and you are having problems with a noisy neighbour, experiencing racial harassment or other anti-social behaviour issues.

What is the cost of Small Repair service offered by Staying Put Services?

How can I get involved at SBHA?

If you want to be part of a tenants association or form a new one, please contact your Neighbourhood Officer at the Craft Court office on 020 8222 7300 and they will be able to offer you help, support and guidance on what to do next.

If I am a SBHA tenant, how do I contact my housing advisor?

At Shepherds Bush Housing Association Tenant Services has undergone a review, which led to the creation of a Customer Service team. When you call SBHA, ask to speak to someone in Customer Services and they will deal with your enquiry.

Do you have contact details for the boroughs SBHA, Bush Homes and SPS work in?

What boroughs do Bush Homes operate in?

We operate in London Boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Richmond upon Thames, Hounslow and Ealing.

What do Staying Put Services repair?

Staying Put undertake a variety of work, no job is too small for our small repair handyman, they will even change light bulbs!
