Advisory Service for England is a national non-profit making
organisation that provides information, advice, training,
consultancy, seminars and conferences on all aspects of involving
tenants in their housing management.

The Scheme was established under the Housing Act 1996 with
jurisdiction over more than 2,000 landlords.

SBHA and Bush Homes are adopters of the "in business for
neighbourhoods" campaign. We believe our established work with our
local communities and, in particular, our support for the Healthy
Living Centre shows the Group to have a clear commitment to
improving the quality of our residents' lives. We will develop our
work in the year with new proposals for tenant involvement, choice
and employment.

Community Recycling and Economic
Development Fund (CRED)
The Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts manages the £36.5 million CRED
Programme and will award grants of between £50,000 and £300,000 to
community based recycling, reuse and composting initiatives in
England. Furnish a part of Staying Put Services has received a
grant from them.
