Young people leaving care floating support
Westside provides flexible floating support to young people aged 16 to 25 years living in the London Borough of Ealing:
We help young people understand what they need to do to sustain a tenancy.
Young people are encouraged to develop essential skills to maintain a home, budgeting and money management advice.
We encourage day time activities through training, employment, education or volunteering.
Support is delivered through regular individual sessions with a dedicated support worker. Young people have an agreed support programme to help them achieve personal goals and aspirations.
