Let's talk health!

Do you have a physical disability, sensory impairment orlong-term health condition?

If so come and join us for a free pamper and health day on Monday 5 July.

Westside Support Services, part of SBHG, is hosting the event. Throughout the day our staff will be on hand to offer friendly advice on the different health services we offer as part of the Well-being service.

Our health trainers will provide information and check your blood pressure and BMI. We’re offering guidance on how to give up smoking; we can even prescribe the necessary medication to help you kick the habit.

You can pamper yourself with a free therapeutic session. You can choose from homeopathy, aromatherapy massage, craniosacral therapy and Indian head massage.
