Shepherds Bush Housing Group

Tenant support service

Westside service user makes a cake for event

Westside Support Services supports Shepherds Bush Housing Association tenants living in Hammersmith and Fulham who are deemed “vulnerable”. This may include people who have substance misuse issues, mental health support needs, learning difficulties and who are coping with long-term illnesses. It also includes people escaping domestic violence, refugees, care leavers, frail, elderly, and young care leavers.

The service helps tenants resolve housing and support related problems so that they can live more independently or with minimal support. This helps to prevent tenants from becoming homeless.

Support is delivered through regular individual sessions with a dedicated support worker. Each tenant has an agreed personal programme of support to achieve their goals and aspirations. This is delivered through a person centred needs assessment and support plan.

Referrals can be made by contacting SBHG's Customer Services team, your SBHG Neighbourhood Officer or your SBHG Income Officer.
