Sheltered housing
Westside Support Services have 73 one bedroom flats in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
These are:
- 40 flats at Elizabeth Barnes Court in Fulham
- 19 flats at Ely Court in Fulham
- 14 flats at Asbridge Court in Hammersmith
We provide elderly people with independent living accommodation. We offer low level support through a visiting support worker who is based on site (hours will vary from scheme to scheme).
The support is non-intrusive to help people to live as safely as possible and to enable them to access other services within the community. We offer a person centred needs assessment and support plan for each of our tenants.
All flats have a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The developments have well maintained communal gardens. Some flats are specially adapted for disabled living. All the flats meet the Government’s Decent Homes standards.
We will consider people who are registered disabled and elderly.
