Supported accommodation service
Westside Support Service offers supported accommodation for adults with a learning disability in the London Borough of Ealing.
We have six units. Each is a one bedroom self contained flat in a communal block. Each has a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and lounge.
The service provides independent living accommodation with support, help and guidance.
This includes the continuous development of essential life skills including budgeting and money management.
It also includes support into a day-time activity such as training, education, employment or volunteering. The service also helps people understand what they need to sustain a tenancy and maintain a home.
Support is delivered through regular individual sessions with a dedicated support worker. Each tenant has an agreed a personal programme of support to achieve goals and aspirations. This is delivered through a person centred needs assessment and support plan.
