Housing advice
Staying First provides housing advice to private tenants and owner occupiers in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on a range of housing issues.
We accept referrals for tenants of the TMO and Catalyst Housing who have rent arrears. If you are a TMO or Catalyst Housing tenant with rent arrears, please ask your housing officer to refer you to us.
We provide a debt and/or welfare benefits advice service to tenants of Origin Housing Group, Women's Pioneer Housing and Shepherds Bush Housing Association. Please telephone us if you need advice and assistance.
Our advice line is open from 10.30am to 3pm Monday to Friday on 020 8996 8900.
