Well-Being Project

SPS and Phoenix High School's Farm and Learning Zone

Staying Put Services offers many exciting and innovative ways to keep fit and healthy. The Well-Being service helps people living in Hammersmith and Fulham enjoy the benefits of healthy living. Our work tackles community health inequalities through local activities.

These are some of the exciting ways residents can get involved in the Well-Being Project:

EatWell
This is an eight week course for adults in the White City Area. During each session people learn how to cook a different recipe.

GrowWell
This is a food co-op, which holds a market every Friday. It provides local residents with low cost fruit and vegetables.

Phoenix High School Well-Being Centre
This provides the school with a nutritionist to arrange healthy living activities.

Broadway Children’s Centre
The Well-Being service offers children a weekly cooking club.

MEND
Mind Exercise Nutrition Do-it (MEND) is a ten week treatment programme for children aged seven to 13 years.

Health Trainers (General)
Our team of health trainers provides help and support for adults in Hammersmith and Fulham to make healthy changes in their life.

Health Trainers (Carers)
