Housing debt and welfare benefit advice
Staying First provides housing advice to private tenants and owner occupiers in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on a range of housing issues.
We accept referrals for tenants of the TMO who have rent arrears. If you are a TMO tenant with rent arrears, please ask your housing officer to refer you to us.
We provide a debt and/or welfare benefits advice service to tenants of Women's Pioneer Housing, Catalyst Housing, Network Stadium Housing Association, Shepherds Bush Housing Association and Thames Valley Housing Association. Please telephone us if you need advice and assistance.
