We've been providing affordable quality housing across west London for 44 years. From our first home at 220 Hammersmith Grove, we now own and manage almost 5000 properties.
We provide accommodation ranging from one bedroom flats to family homes; Victorian street properties to award-winning new developments. Building safe, strong, inclusive communities where people feel at home is our priority.
Our residents are equally as varied. Many families are on low incomes and usually come to us from the local council lists of those who need housing. They are also culturally diverse with more than 40% from the black and minority ethnic community.
Through SBHA we provide services including:
- Affordable rented accommodation
- Temporary accommodation
- New and refurbished homes
- Accommodation for key workers, such as nurses and hospital staff
- Helping people on lower incomes buy homes through shared ownership.
Our work creates real homes and communities where people want to live. We also believe in getting best value so that our residents get the best service possible from us. We involve residents in every area of our work.
