Reporting a repair
We want you to be comfortable in your home. If something goes wrong and it’s our responsibility to sort it out, we will do everything we can to help.
If you have an emergency or urgent repair you must report it by phone 24 hours a day seven days a week. Please call 0800 0742130.
If you need a non-urgent repair carried out in your home, you can report it to us in many ways.

This is a freephone number from a landline. Calling 0800 is not free from a mobile, so you can still call 020 8996 4200 and select option 2.
Normal working hours are 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday. At all other times the Emergency Repairs Service operates (see below).

Emergency repairs
Possible emergencies include:
• Burst pipe or no water supply
• Blocked foul drain (possible recharge)
• Blocked toilet (only one in house) (possible recharge)
• Insecure door, windows or locks
• Water leak/burst
• External door/window insecure
• Broken window/external door (possible recharge)
• Leaking roof (water penetration)
• Slipped tiles or dangerous brickwork
• Emergency lighting
• No lights in kitchen, bathroom or stairwell.
• To offer the best service to all our residents, your call will be prioritised depending on its urgency.
