Ways to pay your rent

We make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent. You can contact us at any time if you need more information. Please click here to find details of your income officer. We use a company called All Pay to collect your rent. If you pay by direct debit or debit card you will see the name 'All Pay' appear on your account.  

Direct debit or standing order
The easiest and best way to pay your rent is by direct debit or standing. They are easy to set up and means you will never miss a payment. You can call us on 0800 9170839 or 020 8996 4200 during office hours to set up your direct debit. 

Online 
You can pay your rent online. Please click here to be taken to the All Pay website. You should click on the “Make a Payment” symbol. You will need to have your rent payment swipe card to hand when you make your payment. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and accepts most major debit and credit cards. (This service requires you to briefly register before making your first payment.)

Payment outlets
You can make payments by cash or cheque at your nearest Post Office or PayPoint outlet with your rent swipe card. If you would like to order a rent swipe card, please call us on 0800 9170839 or on 020 8996 4200. Ensure you retain the receipt for your records.

Debit card 
You can pay by debit card by calling our customer services team during office hours on 0800 9170839 or 020 8996 4200. You can view our office hours by clicking here. You can also call All Pay on 0844 557 8321 out of office hours.

SBHG office 
You can make payment by cash, cheque and debit card at Mulliner House. Please click here to see details of our head office.

You must ensure you pay your rent and other charges on time. Failure to comply with this request, may result in you losing your home.
