Ways to pay your rent
We make it as easy as possible for you to pay rent. Please contact your income officer if you need any more information.
Online
Log onto www.allpay.net and click where on “Make a Payment”. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and accepts most major debit and credit cards. (This service requires you to briefly register before making your first payment.)
Direct debit or standing order: Please call customer services and ask for a standing order or a direct debit form.
Payment outlets
You can make payments by cash or cheque at your nearest Post Office or PayPoint outlet with your rent swipe card. If you would like to order a rent swipe card, please call SBHG Customer Services. Ensure you retain the receipt for your records.
Debit card
You can pay by debit card by calling SBHG's customer services during office hours or 0870 243 6040 outside of office hours.
SBHG office
You can make payment by cash, cheque and debit or credit card at our head office.
Please ensure you pay your rent and other charges as failure to comply with this request, may result in you losing your home.
