What we are offering
Offer 1
A full service of your gas boiler through our Gas Safe registered engineers at Domus.
If repairs are identified, we will advise at the time of the service. You will be responsible for any repair using a registered Gas Safe engineer.
Offer 2
If you have already had a gas safety check and would like the reassurance of an independent audit check on the quality of the work. We can offer this service through Domus.
If the boiler is not working then we will not be able to carry out a service.
A gas safety check does not involve any preventative maintenance and therefore does not mean your appliances will not become defective or require maintenance in the future.
How much will this cost me?
The service is £80 including VAT
The audit is £40 including VAT
Payment will be required in advance. You will be required to sign a disclaimer clarifying what work will be done and confirming your and our responsibilities and liabilities.
If you would like to use either of these services, please complete the disclaimer and return it to us with your cheque. Please make payable to Shepherds Bush Housing Association.

If you would like us to send you a disclaimer form in the post, please contact Elizabeth and we will send you one with a postage paid envelope.
If you are not taking up this offer, you must make your own arrangements for an annual gas safety check, using a competent Gas Safe registered engineer. It is essential that you have your boiler checked annually for your own safety and those around you.
