During office hours
If you are experiencing noise nuisance during our office hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday or 8.30am-6.30pm on Wednesday) you should contact your neighbourhood action team officer, leasehold officer or private settled accommodation officer and your local authority’s noise nuisance team to report the incident.
Outside of office hours
If you are experiencing noise nuisance outside of office hours, you can contact your local authority’s noise nuisance team to report the incident and our out of hours ASB line on 0800 088 6699. You should then contact us the following day to make a further report.

Useful information to have when reporting
The more information you can provide us with when reporting your complaint the better. It will help the investigating officer if you can tell us:
• Where the noise originates from.
• The local authority reference number of your complaint (if you have reported the incident to them).
• The time and date of the incident including when it started and when it ended.
• The type of noise e.g. noisy party, loud music/television.
