 Tenancy issues
When you join SBHA as a tenant, you will have a tenancy agreement. When you first move in, a member of our customer services team will explain your rights and responsibilities. They'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
There are various types of tenancies which SBHA offers tenants. Your tenancy agreements give guidance on issues such as succession, right to acquire, mutual exchanges, subletting and adding an additional person to your tenancy.
