How to report racial harassment
Residents can report racial harassment 24 hours a day on Freephone 0800 138 1617. This Racial Harassment Helpline has a messaging facility in the ten languages most commonly used by our residents.
Residents can also make reports in writing at any time, in person, or over the telephone during the office hours at our offices. Residents may also report incidents of racial harassment through a third party, especially where language difficulties may exist.
Residents must report any incident even if they don’t want to get involved in any future action. Write down, if possible, what is happening; include the date and time, and any details of the individuals who are harassing you.
If residents have any queries, please contact the Neighbourhood Team. |
