Cleaning and gardening
 In 2010 our contract with Pinnacle comes to end. Pinnacle is responsible for cleaning and gardening on Shepherds Bush Housing Association’s estates.
We have written a tender for companies outlining the specifications of work to be done.
Below is a link to the specification document. Throughout January and February residents had the chance to comment on the specifications. Some of our residents will also be involved in the tender process, interviewing companies and appointing a contractor.
We are now sending out pre-qualification questionnaires when they are requested. These must be returned by Tuesday 06 April. Once these have been returned we will invite companies to tender for the contract.
