Cleaning and gardening
Pinnacle is responsible for cleaning and gardening on Shepherds Bush Housing Association’s estates.
On the majority of our estates they are responsible for cleaning the communal arrears and maintaining the communal gardens.
If you have any concerns about the standard of cleaning or the gardens on your estate you should contact your Neighbourhood Action Team Officer or Leasehold Officer who will deal with your enquiry.
We are always trying to improve our standards and are keen to have feedback from our residents on the services we provide them. If you live on an estate where you have a cleaning and gardening service you will be contacted by a member of the customer services team to complete a cleaning and gardening satisfaction survey over the phone. |
