Reporting ASB and hate crime

If you are a tenant or leaseholder you should report all incidents of ASB behaviour and hate crime to us. We will investigate all reports and support you if you are experiencing any form of ASB or have been a victim of hate crime.

If you are a non-resident and are experiencing ASB from one of our residents please phone us on 020 8996 4200 or 0800 9170839.

If you experience an incident out of normal office hours, you can call 0800 088 6699. If you are in immediate danger or you have an emergency you should call 999.
