Into Work Into Housing
Into Work Into Housing can help you get a permanent home.
SBHA provides this service to enable tenants in temporary accommodation who are in permanent employment to move into permanent accommodation.
The criteria to take part in the Into Work Into Housing are:
- Tenants must be in temporary accommodation in a SBHA property
- The property must be in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham
- Tenants must work more than 16 hours per week on a permanent basis
- Tenants must have been working for more than six months
- Tenants must not have any rent arrears at the current property.
Once we have confirmed all of the above, tenants will be given a high priority band of A or B on Locata (depending on other circumstances). Using Locata tenants can then bid for permanent properties, with their higher priority.
