Shepherds Bush Housing Group

We have more than 900 leaseholders.  Almost all flats in England and Wales are leasehold, as are many houses.  Leasehold is currently the fastest growing form of tenure in the country.

As a leaseholder, you are normally responsible for everything within the four walls of your property, with the exception of pipes and drains that also serve other properties.

As your landlord we remain the owner of the overall building and the land it stands on. We are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the structure and exterior of the building.  Your lease agreement sets out these rights and obligations.

The next leaseholder forum is on Wednesday 08 February 2012 at 6.30pm.   Please click here for the Agenda.

Additionally you will have an opportunity to give us your feedback on our proposed revised Leasehold Management Policy and Service Charge Policy.  Please review these documents and contact us with any comments you wish to make at  leaseholders.enquiries@sbhg.co.uk.  We look forward to hearing your views.
