Our team
We are specialists in housing management, and have a strong team of experienced housing professionals who look after the properties we rent from private landlords. You’ll have a dedicated acquisitions officer, also supported by a neighbourhood officer who will be responsible for your property. You can be confident that the tenancy has the support of a large, financially secure group behind it.

Our background
Shepherds Bush Housing Group is a not for profit registered provider (RP) of affordable housing. Our organisation comprises of Domus; Shepherds Bush Housing Association; SBH Developments; the registered charity Staying Put Services (SPS); and Westside Support Services. We are more than just a landlord and between our businesses we incorporate traditional housing provision; support services for the vulnerable and a repairs and maintenance service. SBHG is a member of the (NHF) National Housing Federation; the Group retains a healthy surplus, meaning you can be confident in its financial stability.

Our experience
Our private sector leasing team at SBHG has over 40 years' experience in acquiring, maintaining and managing properties under agency agreements for local authorities. We either own or manage more than 5000 homes across west London. |
