What we do

We rent properties from private landlords and re-let them to our tenants, taking the hassle out of renting for you. Most of our tenants are nominated by local authorities and are in need of temporary accommodation as their current home is unsuitable.

We require properties in the West London Partnership Agreement area of Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Kensington & Chelsea as well as surrounding areas.

Our full management service includes:

• Regular visits to the property.
• Being responsible for collecting rent so any arrears are borne by us.
• Ensuring that local authorities are advised of the letting.
• Assisting tenants in informing the water board, council tax department and utility companies of any change of tenancy.
• A full 24-hour emergency repairs service cover.
• Advice and assistance in matters concerning the renting of your property.
• Bilingual services in Urdu, Punjabi, French, Hindi and German.
