We work with local authorities and landlords to tackle homelessness and the use of unsuitable bed and breakfast hostels. We accommodate homeless families in temporary accommodation. This is part of a national campaign to bring back into use, empty properties in London.

• Regular visits to the property
• Being responsible for collecting rent so any arrears incurred are borne by us.
• Ensuring that local authorities are advised of the letting
• Assisting tenants in informing the Water Board, Council Tax department and utility companies of any change of tenancy
• A full 24-hour emergency repairs cover service
• Advice and assistance in matters concerning the renting of your property
• Bilingual services in Urdu, Punjabi, French, Hindi and German.
