We're proud to be one of the leading housing associations for resident involvement. Our residents are involved in everything we do, from sitting on our board through to keeping an eye on our estates.

In 2010 we launched Resident Voice, a elected panel of 10 tenants and two leaseholders to represent residents views.

We pride ourselves on high levels of involvement in our governance. We have four tenant board members and one tenant co-optee. A co-optee does not have voting rights on the appointment of the Board.

Resident representatives sit on all sub committees and can hold all positions up to and including the chair of the committee of management.
There are many ways tenants can get involved. We have associations and panels as well as informal groups giving tenants the opportunity to participate in decision-making.

Our leaseholders can get involved through our leaseholder panel as well as resident associations.

Residents who want to become more involved in their local community can become tenant monitors.

If you're a service user at Westside, you'll be welcome at a Wise forum.

This short video gives an insight into how we involve residents.
