Shareholding
Shepherds Bush Housing Association (SBHA) is committed to ensuring that it is accountable for its service. This includes all members of the public and corporate bodies. It encourages its residents to become members of SBHA and welcomes other individuals and bodies who wish to join SBHA.
Members of SBHA receive an annual report and are invited to attend SBHA’s Annual General Meeting. They are entitled to speak and vote. This includes electing the Board and approving the annual accounts.
To become a member, potential shareholders must purchase a £1 share. They will then be proposed for membership at the next meeting of the Board and will receive a share certificate soon after.
