Leaseholders
We have a leaseholders’ forum which meets four times a year. It discusses the development of services and information for leaseholders. A steering group works with SBHA to make the forum a vibrant consultative body.
We also have a new leaseholder-only resident associations at Morris House and The Old Fire Station, which are leaseholder-only schemes. Our leaseholders also play an important role at Townmead residents’ association.
We are also working with other leaseholders to develop residents’ associations in different developments.
Our leaseholders’ handbook, produced in consultation with the leaseholders’ forum, gives more information. We also have a special section for leasehold in our quarterly newsletter Buzz.
In March 2010 we completed a STATUS (Standardised Tenant Satisfaction Survey) of leaseholders. The results of this will be reported back to leaseholders and covered in the July 2010 edition of Buzz.
