How to I become an SBHG tenant?
In order to be eligible for one of our homes you need to register with your local council. They will then allocate housing to you. There is no guarantee that the home will be with SBHG.

SBHG sells some street properties that are no longer cost effective to refurbish or repair.
How do I report an emergency repair?
SBHG has a 24 hour emergency repairs line (0800 074 2130). Calls to 0800 numbers can be expensive from a mobile, so you can still call 020 8996 4200 which is charged at the standard rate. All emergencies will be dealt with within four hours.

Can I change my single tenancy to a joint tenancy?
Yes in some circumstances you can. You will need to speak to your neighbourhood officer to apply for a joint tenancy.
I’ve lost my keys and am locked out of my house, what should I do?
If you have a Best Lock then you can come to the SBHG head office in Chiswick and a key will be cut for you at a charge of £2.50 each. For any other lock you will have to contact a local locksmith, you will be charged. You may also contact our repairs desk; there will also be a charge for this service.
Can I get an adaptation to my home?
Yes you can. You need to contact the customer service team (0800 917 0839). Calls to 0800 numbers can be expensive from a mobile, so you can call 020 8996 4200 which is charged at the standard rate.
