 At Shepherds Bush Housing Group we deliver an excellent repairs and maintenance service to our residents.
We achieve high standards of satisfaction through innovation. One of the results is Domus, a unique joint venture company, which delivers our repairs and maintenance service.
Domus, which is Latin for home, was formed in 2009 as a result of our successful business relationship with Collective Maintenance Solutions Limited (CMS).
We have worked with CMS since September 2005 and, in 2007, entered into an open book fixed price framework agreement.
Its success led to the creation of Domus. We fully involved our residents in setting up, and now running, Domus.
